Hello! My name is Judith.

So, I am hoping all of you have had a chance to look around at my website.  I am still new to all of this technology. I am tech savvy to an extent…lol.  With that being said I am guessing all of you have read my bio…if not that is ok. I will be touching on some of it here. So here goes.  I am originally from Lea County New Mexico which is in the southeastern corner of the state, and it borders Texas. I attended Lovington schools until Christmas of my Freshman year and then I transferred to Tatum schools where I graduated in 1996. I showed pigs, sheep and steers. Those were some of my favorite times.  I had some amazing parents (who passed in 1996 and 2011) taught me that hard work was how you get ahead and don’t laze around because that definitely will not get you anywhere. My concept of time drives my husband and kids crazy.  If you are supposed to get there at a certain time, get there 15 minutes early and that is considered on time. If you get there on time to me that is late and if I get there past the time my whole day is thrown off.   I am kind of a jack of all trades, I have slung pizza at a Pizza Hut, worked for Burger King, Sonic and Mcdonalds all before I was 21.  My family owned a feed store so that was my “job” in high school. Our focus was on schoolwork and showing our animals. I have also worked in the oil field and nursing homes.  I was a massage therapist, and I helped out cowboying.  I was a bartender and then I found my passion in 2009 and became a REALTOR.  My husband is in the oil field and was working in NM when I met him, and he “brought” me to Texas. We have 3 amazing children and 2 of the best grandchildren.  I am blessed beyond measures. In the real estate world, my expertise is residential.  I have been in the leadership of my local association from being on a committee to chairing that committee. Then they thought I would be a good director, so I served on the board of directors.  I was president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS Abilene for 2 years.  But wait my leadership did not stop there I was voted in as the president of the Abilene Association of REALTORS in 2023.  I also have received 2 prestigious awards; the Bill Sumner Member of the year from the Women’s Council of REALTORS and the Ray Scott Distinguished service award from the Abilene Association of REALTORS. I love helping people so much that I forget to help myself.  I feel that we learn something new every day.  So, with that being said Hello my name is Judith, and I am a REALTOR with BHGRE Senter, REALTORS and I am here to help you with your real estate needs.
